No, and we have built nothing that could. There is no network stack in the generation environment, so there is no path by which key material could reach us even if we wanted it. KOINI is affiliated with a licensed exchange — possessing customer key material would be a custody problem for us, not just a security one.
No. Anyone who can recover your seed can also take your money, so a recovery capability is custody wearing a disguise. We deliberately do not have one.

Long keyboard bursts work. Dice are cleaner because you can reason about the distribution yourself, but the point is simply that some randomness enters the system from outside the machine.
